Humanistic Gestalt counselling face-to-face in Hampshire, near Winchester, Chandlers Ford, Romsey, Eastleigh and Southampton, as well as online or telephone.

Welcome, and thank you for visiting Sara M Lugard Counselling.

Hello, my name is Sara. I am a fully qualified Humanistic Gestalt Counsellor based in Hampshire and a registered member of the BACP. I offer individual counselling sessions to adults (18+) either face-to-face, online or telephone.

I believe that human beings just want to be happy and at ease with themselves and their environment - I know I do! Yet there are times when this seems to elude us, causing difficulties in our personal and professional relationships.

Sometimes we are able to resolve these difficulties ourselves or with the support of friends and family. However, for times when this process is not sufficient or possible, the therapeutic relationship counselling offers can be a positive and helpful experience.

Whether you would prefer to work face-to-face, online or on the telephone, being with someone who will listen and hear you without judgement can be therapy in its self.

Making the decision to see a counsellor is a big step to take - but it can be a positive one. For change to happen, something needs to change. Please read on to find out more about how I could help you.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Counselling?

Counselling offers the opportunity to explore the issues that are affecting you in a safe, confidential space, without fear of judgement. I believe that we are our own experts, as a Counsellor I am not here to tell you what you should do, rather help you explore where you may be struggling or stuck and help you unlock the solution to a happier, more balanced life.

How long and often are the sessions?

Each session lasts 50 minutes and I would suggest that initially a regular weekly appointment be made. This is something we can discuss further during the initial appointment.

How much do the sessions cost?

Each 50 minute appointment costs £60 which can be paid either via BACS or cash on the day.
